Wu Zhongyun, who was operated on for brain cancer at the age of 7, was almost blind in both eyes, and only had 0.01 vision. At the age of 15, she was half paralyzed due to cerebral hemorrhage, and her cardiopulmonary function was severely damaged. Since she returned to school in the third grade of primary school, with her mother accompaning her to school for 13 years. Under her mother’s guidance and encouragement, Zhongyun will complete her undergraduate studies with excellent grades this June, and has been admitted to the graduate school at Chung Hua university. Zhongyun's story can inspire many students even everyone.
In response to the development of the government's offshore wind power industry and the shortage of offshore wind power talents, the School of Management of Chung Hua University, together with Haishuo Energy, established an offshore wind power talent training center in Hsinchu to provide localized training services for the offshore wind power industry in preparation for the rapid development of Taiwan's offshore wind power development.
